Rayguns & Rocketships Kickstarter

Since I haven't had a lot of time to play games, I have listening to the Tabletop Game Talk Podcast a lot. A friend sat in one week and I have been hook. They got me looking at Kickstarter a lot this week and I found a game that I found fascinating:

Rockets & Rayguns combines ship combat with minis combat in a way that I can't believe no one has thought of before. I know it's a board game. But it looks like a minis game on a grid and you know how much I like that.

The various races look like fun and would be a fun painting project.

Aesthetically, it's not really my bag, but if you pick it up, I would happily try it out!

Ended up funding at $80K. The publisher threw in the figure that would have unlocked at $82k. Expect to see it i. November and will start pestering people to play with me shortly thereafter.

Hopefully I will make some game nights before then.

I saw them at GenCon and would guess 28 to 32 mm.

Thank you. If they are 28mm I would be interested in the figures for some pulp gaming.
