Found Salamanders Decals.

Update: I've now got all the decals I need.

Hey folks,
I need at least 40 Salamanders Space Marine shoulder pad decals. I'm using them for the shield emblems for these guys.

I'm just about through painted my second (Just as big) batch and I'm all out.

I can trade any other Space marine faction decals except Blood Angels.

OOOH, that sounds awesome. My last batch of decals were ok, but ended up a bit rough in places when interacting with the dip. Now that I've got an airbrush, a stencil sounds great. It would be small enough to fit on the shields?

Hold off on the stencil. I find an old batch of decals so I should be set. Thanks so much for the offer though.
