For experienced players, the scenario selection, setup and choice of armies (in that order) seems to be an interesting part of the game, but for us (I also played just once with Howie a couple years ago), I think we'd benefit from just being able to jump right in. I'll have the armies picked and Scenarios/Board all setup.
I think though we should do the hidden deployment after you arrive though. That doesn't take much time and does seem like an important bit for each player to do themselves. Sound good?
